Major Holidays**
We will board pets on these holidays, but there will be
no daycare and no pets can be checked in or out.
The check in time at Happy Dog Hotel is after 1:00 PM on weekdays and between 8 AM and noon on Saturdays. The check out time is by 12:00 noon Monday to Saturday (between 4 - 5 PM on Sunday). We will do our best to have a room available for your pet at arrival time.
Late check-out will be accessed a full day boarding charge.
Like "human" hotels, we must have policies in order to have accommodations available for your pet's arrival. No one likes waiting for their room to be ready upon arrival at any hotel. Please call in advance should an emergency arise.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations or reservation changes that occur less than 48 hours (non-holiday), and 72 hours (holiday) will be subject to a $25.00 fee per run reserved.
Clients that cancel holiday reservations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged for the entire booked reservation.
